17 years old girl, in std. 12, has pain during menses since12 months, gradually increasing in intensity. Initially it was controlled withNSAID analgesics. Now she has to skip classes during menses even after takinganalgesics.

What is the probable diagnosis (D/D)?

How would one confirm the diagnosis?

First of all counselling that this may be ovulatory dysmenorrhea, till last year. and now they are ovulatory , so the pain is there.
